Moto chef Richie Farina is a former competitive ice-carving champ and he still likes to take chainsaw to ice every now and again. Like today. The former Top Chef Texas contestant set up a number of ice blocks out front of Moto this morning and will be out there until about 4 p.m. carving up some winter themes if you want to swing by and watch him in action.
