Meg Galus, the pastry chef at the restaurant located inside the Park Hyatt, just unveiled her new Park Chocolate Bar open between noon and 5 p.m. daily. Set up in a section of the lounge, the new bar will offer $10 13-ounce cups of decadent Valrhona hot chocolate with toppings like coconut, banana cinnamon and espresso. Want to make it boozy?
