If a night of sandwiches and beer sounds right up your alley, then you might want to head out to Jerry's tomorrow for their special tasting event Dogfish Head Occupies Division. Delaware's Dogfish Head will take over 16 of the taps with a mix of their most popular and more rare brews. Jerry's will have a number of food specials with pairings available, like roast “State Fair” chicken (marinated in ale & cider) with arugula, swiss, and southwest aioli on sesame semolina bread and carnitas (pork shoulder braised in ale) with basil, cheddar and chipotle chutney on challah.
The event begins at 7 p.m. and to follow along with the popular Dogfish beers, 60, 90 and 120 minute IPAs, the rare brews will be rolled out in those increments, starting with ten at 7 p.m., two at 8 p.m., two at 8:30 p.m. and two at 9 p.m. The evening will end when the taps run dry.
