Chicago's foodie scene is about to get another resource. Serious Eats Chicago is set to launch on Nov. 14 and former Grub Street editor Nick Kindelsperger is heading up the editorial team. When the community-focused site launches, it'll have columns like Sausage City and Standing Room Only as well as the Vegetarian Option, which will hopefully be a great resource for veggie-leaning folks. Kindelsperger will be joined by contributor Daniel Zemans (who loves eating pizza) and Blake Royer, Kindelsperger's partner at the Paupered Chef. Welcome to town. [SE]
