Want to get to know Tavernita chef Ryan Poli a little better? Time Out Chicago's David Tamarkin did and pulled together his findings in a pretty comprehensive feature beginning with Poli growing up on the South Side through working at restaurants like Butter, French Laundry and Perennial. But at the end of the day, it seems like Tamarkin was really taken by Poli's thick, wavy hair and intense, hazel "sad and searching" eyes. [TOC]
