Emperors-Choice-sm.jpgThe restaurateur: Brad Rubin. The restaurant: Emperor's Choice. The order: I always start with an egg roll. Then like a nice Jewish boy, an app of BBQ pork. Then it's on to chicken black bean sauce (white rice) and Chinese broccoli. The oolong tea is always flowing and I finish with almond and fortune cookies. I realize it's not exciting or exotic, but having been raised in a house where we dined on "chop suey," Cantonese-Americanized Chinese food, weekly, it brings me back home. [Takeout Treasures]
