Phil Rubino Lands at The Sofitel

After being unceremoniously released from his chef de cuisine position at The Black Sheep, which likely ended up not being such a bad thing in the end, Phil Rubino has accepted the post as sous chef under executive chef Greg Biggers at the Sofitel Chicago and Cafe des Architectes. Rubino, who has also worked at Bin 36 and L20, started today. [EaterWire]
