A new sophisticated dining club is heading to River North. Former Flat Top Grill CEO Keene Addington will open the Tortoise Club at 350 N. State sometime in 2012. The upscale restaurant, which will feature vintage mahogany reclaimed from the old Pump Room, will serve classic dishes like steak tartare, Dover sole and filet mignon wrapped in asparagus.
