Have too many chefs become prima donnas? Sun-Times food critic Mike Nagrant thinks so and he talks about a few in particular in a new Chicago mag piece. Nagrant calls out the likes of Graham Elliot (who only answers interview questions via email), Chuy Valencia (shit talked on his Top Chef audition video) and James Toland (who seemingly hyped more than cooked). He also mentions Brandon Baltzley, who Nagrant seems to almost praise for riding his media hype as far as it will take him. Have you heard of any other antics? Leave a comment below. [Chicago]
