She's snarky. She's bitchy and up until now, she's (or is it a he?) been a mystery. But, the Star Tribune's Lee Svitak Dean thinks he knows who is behind the James Beard award-winning parody mash-up Twitter account Ruth Bourdain: Village Voice food critic Robert Sietsema. "How do I know who Ruth Bourdain is?" Dean asked. "He was tweeting while listening to the same speaker I was, in a closed room in Charleston, S.C., at a conference with the Association of Food Journalists." [~E~]
