Talk about (the lack of) truth in advertising. It looks like Google, which recently bought Zagat, ran some misleading search result ads for its restaurant-reviews property. TechCrunch grabbed a screenshot of a ad (before Google ultimately removed it) that says "Yelp" on the ad's header, but is clearly for Zagat. More interesting is that it's against Google's AdWords policy to use another company's name or trademark in an ad. [TechCrunch via Eater National]
