After converting Charlie's Ale House to Acre, Marty Fosse is getting ready to make yet another change. Fosse, who also owns Anteprima up the street, will convert the north half of the Acre space into a new restaurant called Ombra. The spot will serve Venetian-style cicchetti (small plates) and looks to open in December. [Trib]
