As Next prepares to pay homage to elBulli, the Chicago Tribune interviews chefs Grant Achatz and Ferran Adrià. The menu, which debuts in January, will feature 20 courses from 20 years of elBulli, and not only does Adrià approve, he plans to "fly his chef de cuisines and dining room managers from Spain to Chicago to collaborate on the homage."
