Dale Levitski Drops "F-Bomb" on New Check, Please!

Whether you're in the know about where to eat or always need to turn to someone for guidance, PBS's Check, Please! is an entertaining and informative show that often sees people's disparate opinions forcing some excellent head-to-head discussions. And it brings together people of all walks of life to expose them to restaurants they may never have otherwise heard of.

The show, hosted by master sommerlier Alpana Singh, returns for its 11th season this Friday at 8 p.m. and will showcase Sprout, Meli Cafe & Juice Bar and Schnitzel Platz. Speaking of Sprout, during the taping, Check, Please! creator and executive producer David Manilow asks exec chef Dale Levitski what he considers a foodie. Without missing a beat, Levitski responds, "Foodie is becoming the new F-bomb.” But he said that "if you're interested in a food adventure, Sprout is your place." Want a sneak peek?
