Saveur 100 By Chefs for the People

The list, which includes everything from ingredients and books to websites and knives, was curated by chefs from all over, including Chicago's Grant Achatz (Alinea), Andrew Zimmerman (Sepia), Bruce Sherman (North Pond) and Rick Bayless (Frontera).
