If you need an excuse to head to London in the fall, this is a good one. Chef Thomas Keller announced he's planning a promotion with Harrod's to host a 10-day pop-up restaurant that will be a combination of The French Laundry and Per Se. As for opening anything permanent across the pond, Keller said it wouldn't be for a while. "For us it's a three-year process to open a restaurant so I'm in no rush." [Eater National]
