Chicago better get its mobile food legislation in gear pronto. Food trucks are already starting to expand with or without the ability to cook on the road. Case in point: Phillip Foss announced this morning he's rolling out a second Meatyballs truck to the city streets today and Simple Sandwich's David Wojtonik will drive it while his own truck takes off for the season. Can this be considered a Meatyballs fleet? Or maybe the beginning of a burgeoning food truck partnership/empire? We surely hope so. [Sun-Times]
