If you want to laugh with a hilarious goofball and grill a mayoral candidate in the same evening, now's your chance. That fundraiser for Rahm Emanuel being held at Paris Club this Friday is now open to the public. And Andy Samberg will appear as the evening's special guest.
Samberg, who spoofs the former White House chief of staff on Saturday Night Live, will be on hand to mingle with the crowd and may give a speech. And who knows, maybe he'll do an impromptu stand-up act. But be on your best behavior; you never know if he's scouting ideas for his next SNL Digital Short.
Tickets for the Jan. 21 event, which previously were invite only, have now been opened up to the public. You can purchase the $50 tickets online for the two-hour fundraiser, where you can get a sneak peek at the new restaurant from R.J. and Jerrod Melman. You'll also have access to an open bar and passed appetizers being prepared by chefs Tim Graham and Doug Psaltis. The menu is still being worked out. And as we mentioned previously, Paris Club may open officially at the end of the month.
