After spending his entire adult life alongside Rick Bayless, Brian Enyart is moving on. The 33-year-old chef de cuisine announced he'll leave his position at Topolobampo in April. After earning a Michelin star and working in the James Beard-winning restaurant, Enyart's next move is his to make. "I wanted to see what else was out there," Enyart said.
