As if we need another reason to raise a pint for a well-deserved toast, England just opened its two-years-in-the-rehabbing National Brewery Center (although they spell it centre; we're not that uppity). The center, located in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, is a hands-on museum celebrating the country's national beverage. The National Brewery Center is about a two-hour drive from London and could prove a cool day trip for anyone interested in learning more about the country's brewing history and impact on brewing techniques around the globe. And while you're over there, map a route to visit pubs all over England. Just be sure to bring your camera. With all that drinking, you're sure to forget a few moments.
