Looks like construction is underway at Next, the already-hyped forthcoming hotspot from Grant Achatz. Photos of the West Loop restaurant's kitchen's demolition popped up on Facebook over the weekend. The team ripped white tile off the wall with a sledgehammer to make way for the stove and meat/fish line where undoubted magic will take place. While Epicurious already thinks this will be one of the year's top openings, we're waiting patiently for more news about an opening, which may not happen until winter. [Eater]
