If commanding nearly an entire block in River North weren't enough, Rick Bayless now wants to take over O'Hare. Not that we're complaining. The Top Chef Master is set to open two Tortas Frontera restaurants, first in O'Hare's Terminal 1 mid-January and then a second in Terminal 3 shortly thereafter.
Bayless tweeted this morning that his fast-casual walk-up spots will serve tortas on the same bread they use at Xoco and will also serve fresh-lime margaritas, which will no doubt help ease the pain of dealing with clueless travelers walking into you with their roller bags.
