There are fewer things better than a good bourbon cocktail during winter and Bernard's Bar at the Elysian Hotel has a great one: the Brown Derby. In honor of it being named one of the top cocktails in the city by Tasting Table, Bernard's wants to make you a complimentary drink, but you have to work for it.

The Brown Derby is concocted with a certain single-barrel bourbon (along with grapefruit juice and local honey) whose bottle is topped with a stopper containing a horse and a letter. The letters, when all the stoppers are collected, spell the name of the bourbon. Name the bourbon and get a free drink.

Now, we can't say what it is (that would be too easy) but as a hint, below is a picture of the bottles of the bourbon's various varieties, with the name blurred out, of course. If you think you know what it is, pop in to Bernard's Thursday night or tonight through Friday, ask for Erin or Levi and give them your answer. If you're correct, a Brown Derby shall be yours. Not a bad way to kick off Christmas, eh?
