How long does it take to forget how cold it gets in Chicago in December? Apparently a month, because that's how long Rick Tramonto has been living at his new place in Gonzales, La., where he's building a new restaurant with business partner and chef John Folse. The former Tru executive chef launched a blog to chronicle the building of Restaurant R'evolution and his first long post recounts—among other things like Hurricane Katrina and religion—coming back to Chicago this past weekend and forgetting to wear a coat.
