NORTH KENWOOD: The Shops and Lofts at 47, a mixed-use development that's been in the planning stage for at least three years, is scheduled to break ground in the spring. Phase 1 will include 72 rental units that will include market-rate, affordable and CHA public housing units.

SUBURBS: The 6,000 square-foot Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Coonley House hit the market in Riverside for $2.89 million. The century-old mansion is currently owned by Dean Eastman, former director of the Argonne National Laboratory.
