And now the latest from Curbed Chicago, covering everything you want to know about the city's neighborhoods.

1) Streeterville: Over the weekend we learned what most of us have been expecting for a long time: The Chicago Spire is dead. Anglo Irish Bank, the Spire's largest lender, hit Shelbourne Development with a $77-million foreclosure suit earlier this month. 2) Hyde Park: Does the tweedy South Side 'hood really need another high-end, specialty grocer? Vermilion Development and the University of Chicago are trying to lure a Whole Foods and Second City comedy club for the Harper Court development at 53rd and Lake Park.

3) Roscoe Village: Yet another member of the Stanley Cup-winning Chicago Blackhawks team is shopping his home. This time, it's Dustin "Big Buff" Byfuglien, who listed his French country-style Roscoe Village home for $1.29 million.
