If you're craving pork, get psyched: On Oct. 19, Blackbird is hosting a mulefoot pig feast. Not just ribs. Not just pork belly. The whole pig. Chef Paul Kahan enlisted his own chef de cuisine Mike Sheerin, Vie's Paul Virant, Lula's Jason Hammel and Amalea Tshilds, Avec's Justin Large and the soon-to-open Publican's Brian Huston.
