One SixtyBlue Gets Some Soul

Looks like the entire kitchen is getting remade at One SixtyBlue. First they got a new exec chef in Michael MacDonald (Trotter's) and now they've vicked suburban Soul's pastry chef Stephanie Prida. The 23-year-old wunderkind has already worked in a variety of kitchens in San Diego, Vegas and Italy. Watch out for her pumpkin brioche pain perdu with maple creme caramel, apple-balsamic reduction and pumpkin seed granola. Um, excuse us as we pick up our tongues from the floor. [Stew]
