Jason's Deli, a national chain with a South Loop location, announced they are really close to no longer serving high fructose corn syrup at their locations. This means no bread, jelly, ice cream -- mostly everything. Unfortunately the fountain sodas still have HFCS, but owner Rusty Coco, hopes soft drink makers will rid their sodas of the horribly harmful ingredient and replace it with pure cane. We applaud you, Jason's Deli. Way to do your part. [WP via Drive Thru]
