Shutter Report: C.W. Napkin -- is it or isn't it?

After being shut down by the health department in July, the Pizza Factory, which also houses the two-decade-old C.W. Napkin delivery service, remained closed in September. At that time, a sign went up on the storefront's door saying that a small food market would be opening -- raising speculation that C.W. Napkin and the Pizza Factory were remaining closed. However, C.W. has confirmed that it is in fact open, but that it had closed to remodel its kitchen and get new equipment. We just spoke with a worker there who did confirm that it was open but couldn't say whether the food market was going to open. [~E~]
