Update: Mindy Segal not "moving aside"

Even though reports are saying that Mindy Segal has stepped down as executive chef of Hot Chocolate, she says she's "not moved aside; I am allowing someone in my company to blossom and grow with me." We emailed with Segal yesterday to find out her plans and she said she's focusing on running the business and thinking about possibly future projects. She said Chef Mark Steuer has been running the kitchen for a year and that his food is in line with Segal's core beliefs (sounds like he's the head chef).
