Famed dessert diva Mindy Segal announced that her chef de cuisine of the last three years, Mark Steuer, will take over as exec chef at Hot Chocolate. The Bucktown restaurant will remain consistent but will see more of Steuer's favorite things, like pork (which is all the rage these days, what with the Bristol and Publican). [Diva]
