After three years, Rick Tramonto and Gale Gand are ending their relationship with the Cenitare group.. The Wheeling-based restaurants, including Tramonto's Steak & Seafood and Osteria di Tramonto, will remain open at least through the end of the year. At that point, they may be sold off to another group, and apparently Lettuce Entertain You has expressed interest. Or the entire compound may be shuttered. What's next for the dynamic duo? Tramonto says he wants to open a Steak & Seafood downtown. Wheeling's loss is the city's gain. [Trib]
