Despite the downturn in the global economy, London's restaurant scene continues to grow. A crop of new spots, many located in or near The City (London's financial district), are exploding in popularity and are usually full. Looks like the Russian elite who had been snatching up prime London real estate - but have lately reportedly been losing millions (or billions?) -- still have enough to eat well.
