Lockwood exec chef Phillip Foss didn't appreciate what Time Out Chicago dining editor Heather Shouse said about his restaurant -- so he wrote about it on his blog. Foss felt like the review didn't aptly reflect the actual experience but Shouse defends herself in a comment on HungryMag, following a write up by Michael Nagrant. Will this event spark more chefs and restaurateurs to fight back? Or do they just need thicker skin and suck up negative reviews?
