Fat Rice co-owners Abraham Conlon and Adrienne Lo submitted a statement/clarification/press release about the reservations:
Conlon and Lo note that opening reservations outside of peak hours during brunch and dinner service is a decision they're pleased to initiate, and was a direct response to requests from their loyal customer base."When our diners talk, we listen. Our dining room is small, and that's part of the charm of the Fat Rice experience, but we've always wanted to find a way for people to plan ahead, to know they can bring a friend in from out of town, or to share a special occasion with us without worrying about a wait at the door," says Conlon. Reservations can now be made through eatfatrice.com.
