Apparently, because their editors popped out a list of the best things they ate this year and GT Fish & Oyster's po' boy sliders made the cut. Chef Giuseppe Tentori "tested our self-control with these po’ boys," made with fried Willapa Bay Pacific oysters, chopped peanuts, sesame aïoli and a pungent kimchi. Pretty cool considering the company on the list, including London's St. John Hotel, SF's Mission Chinese Food and NY's wd-50. [JBF]
