The Scofflaw Group revealed plans for its latest concept just over a month ago, and tonight the Chicago dining public will be able to see it for themselves. Sink | Swim, their chef-driven seafood restaurant on Armitage, is a different look for the group—bright and colorful, and more restaurant than bar.
Reminiscent of classic seafood spots on the east coast, the narrow 90-seat space has whitewashed brick walls, ocean-colored booths, old paintings of marine scenes, and a small fireplace. Bar and booth seating is situated in the middle, between small clusters of four-top tables in the bow and stern.
