The wait is just about over for the rebirth of Juno. Jason Chan and B.K. Park have set an official date for the reopening of their well-received contemporary Japanese and sushi wonderland: Wednesday, September 17. They're busy setting up a new phone number and OpenTable account, but anyone can book reservations right this very minute by emailing Chan directly.
In case you missed it, Juno was forced to close when an early-morning fire hit the building in January. When they reopen, look for a few changes: a new "hot" chef, a new bar area, and some new food and drink themes. More to come.
