An area of Lincoln Park with few finer dining options is getting one starting at lunch service today in the form of Knife & Tine. The "upscale American restaurant" takes over the former Sprout space, which shuttered last November. Chef Nate Park (iNG, Moto, Baume & Brix) runs the kitchen and Carissa Shaffer (former GM at Perennial Virant) heads the ownership group.
Knife & Tine will be open seven days a week, serving dinner every evening, lunch on the weekdays and brunch on the weekends. Check out more photos of the facelift given to the space and read chef Park's menu below.
